My stay at this hotel was mixed. On the bright side, the staff was incredibly friendly and offered great suggestions, making me feel welcome. The rooftop terrace was stunning, a perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. However, I was quite disappointed with the check-in process, which was confusing and took too long. Additionally, the room I got was not what I had booked and felt outdated compared to the images I'd seen.

Unfortunately, my room was not as advertised. It felt more like a secondary option rather than the modern space I expected. I would rate it a 5 out of 10.
Service

The service started off poorly due to the long check-in, but the staff eventually turned out to be very helpful and accommodating. I'd give the service a solid 7.

This hotel is a delightful choice with its clean and comfortable rooms and friendly service that made our stay enjoyable. The location in the heart of Porto was perfect for exploring the city. However, the breakfast could offer more variety, and the spa amenities, while nice, could use some improvements. Overall, it provides excellent value for a cozy stay.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, located in a beautiful area of Porto that was perfect for exploring on foot. The room I stayed in was clean and provided a comfortable space, though I would recommend avoiding rooms facing the street if you're a light sleeper, as the street musicians can be quite loud. The breakfast offered a great variety, but it could be a bit crowded during peak hours. Overall, the hotel was a decent value for the price, especially given its central location.

My stay at the hotel highlighted both its charm and shortcomings. While I appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms along with the delightful breakfast offerings, the noise disturbances from nearby street performers and construction ruined the experience a bit. The central location is undoubtedly a plus, but the overall ambiance felt less than tranquil during my visit.

This hotel really shines with its central location, making it super easy to explore all the highlights of Porto just a short walk away. The rooms are lovely and well-kept, providing a cozy atmosphere for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast is decent but not remarkable. The only downside is the absence of a pool and the spa amenities could use a bit more luxury. Overall, it's a charming place that offers great value for your stay in the city.
